So as I said yesterday when my Monsters University Mike Wazowski ID came in the mail, :iconmysticalblackangel: and I went to CA Adventures! We went early and were there just in time to watch it open, and we were very fortunate to not have to wait long to ride Radiator Springs Racers, the super fast ride where one car is pinned against another to see who's got more speed. And our car won this morning. :w00t:

I think Cars Land is the place I looked forward to the most when we arrived in the theme park. After all, it's life-like Radiator Springs, and :iconmysticalblackangel:, known as Marina, and I spent a great deal of time there.

I actually enjoyed the ride with Luigi's tires, riding it three times and feeling cool air underneath us. Marina LOVES Guido, she let me mention that. :XD:

What I love about being independent when my mom's away is that I don't have to be on my "best, mature behavior". Marina and I did a lot of running around, holding hands and dashing off like the children within. And when we got to A Bug's Land, it was getting hot so she showed me all the nice bug-tacular water areas where we kept splashing each other and pretty much taking a nice, rainy shower. Of course, there were basically just kids while we were the only "grown ones" present and having more fun. Their parents and this one crew member keeping watch were all "WTF?", but like Marina said, who cares? :XD: It's been a while since I had such a splash like that, and we really did enjoy ourselves running past spurting spouts and getting our hair wet. :) Mom would NOT have been pleased if she saw me like this. :XD:

The best thing I loved about my time in CA Adventures was all the dancing we've done:

:bulletblue: First official time was during the Pixar Play Parade. Marina and I were at the very front, and the first movie to start the parade was Monsters University! I danced my heart off, copying the moves of the cheerleaders, the other characters, and when the other movies came out, Marina and I just danced.

People watched. And according to her...a lady had been recording us on her phone, Well, mainly me. But I'm flattered nevertheless. :XD:

:bulletblue: When Marina and I waited almost and hour to see all the lights of Radiator Springs light up, that song "Life Could be a Dream", which played in the first CARS movie, began to play. And we just started dancing like two ballroom swingers. People smiled and enjoyed the sight of us, and we were having so much fun. :)

:bulletblue: And every hour or so, that one CARS character DJ rolls into the middle of Radiator Springs and starts playing music, and all the "Flo's V8 Cafe" girls come in and usher the kids to dance and enjoy themselves. Marina and I wanted to join in...and the moment we stepped in the dance craze, many more followed. No fear, just enjoyment. :)

Of course, lots of eyes were on us...and Marina mentioned this one mom giving us the evil glare because people were paying attention to us more than her own kid. We were all dancing...but it was no doubt Marina and I were dancing the best. ^^; You know, if that mom is going to be pissed just because a couple of grown girls want to have fun like the little kids do, then she is FULL of bull****.

It shouldn't matter how old you are, Disney is fun for everyone. And who doesn't want to dance with DJ? He's hot! :XD:

Dancing was my favorite, and I can't wait to do it again the next time we go to CA Adventures. Dancing in Radiator Springs was WAY more fun than having danced at my own high school prom. And I've been to THREE. :XD:

Remember Sally's Cozy Cone Motel? Well, when Marina and I checked out Lizzie's Memorabilia and they were selling Cozy Cone hats. I immediately wanted one, and it would be great to wear it on my college campus. And I did say I would wear my MU Mike ID card every day at school as well. :XD:

When I'm at CA Adventures, I like to buy pins. When Marina and I met on December 7, 2014, which was the day after my 21st birthday, she showed me the pin for the Mike and Sulley to the Rescue ride.

She showed me this limited edition pin for the same ride...but in it was a piece of Boo's costume from it! I wanted it so badly, and was happy to buy it before we had to go home. :)

Tomorrow's Marina's birthday, and I was very happy to spend today with her at CA Adventures. I can't wait for us to go to Disneyland on October 10 for Mickey's Halloween Party. :)
