I was in 5th grade the last time I was in that city, and it's refreshing to see it all again, only bigger, better, and not lonely anymore! My church decided we take a trip to the city, and now we can't wait to decide what to do next time.
I saw the Golden Gate Bridge again! Our tour guide told us it was the most magnificent place to commit suicide. Yes, he told us that, especially about the suicide rate that's increased over the year...
Ever watched Full House back then? Are you watching that crappy 2016 spin-off that has Carly Rae Jepsen butchering the theme song?
Well, we climbed a HELL lot of steep street, my legs are still aching right now. But I did get to try an actual San Fran tea cookie in some coffee shop that overprices their pizza (that's everywhere here in CA), and I LOVE Russian tea cookies now!
Looking around San Francisco, two movies come to mind: Big Hero 6 and Inside Out. I'm pretty sure I saw Riley's house like in the film, and the same cable car Baymax hitched a ride on from the other film.
We visited Stanford where a buddy of mine decided to go planking (see "meme"), and screw with the university statues.
Visited national parks like Yosemite, and got very close with nature.
I'll be honest, I don't like nature. It's beautiful on TV, but when you start trailing through giant trees and nearly tripping over rocks, and a 2400 ton bus driving through narrow roads while you have a fear of heights...not beautiful.
I saw the waterfall. My dad saw a deer and a bear. I wish I saw those instead...
The worst part of the trip was earlier when we were on our way home. We stopped at Fresno for lunch.
I HATE Fresno. I'm sorry to anyone who lives there (I'm sorry you actually even live there...)
Homeless and bums are the RUDEST people ever, and in Fresno there's one in every corner, and in every McDonald's.
A bum pissed off both me and my dad while we were buying lunch at the establishment. He had the NERVE to look in my meal bag while I got up to get napkins. I almost decked him, but chose to use the venom in my tone to get him the f*** away. Same guy took up too much of my dad's time in the restroom. There was like one stall that was working and he practically took an hour there before my dad told the manager and finally got relief he needed (both literally and figuratively).
Joke from my friend regarding the bum in the restroom:
Me: He's a bum. What's he got to piss out anyway?
Friend: Sewer water
Friend 2: AIDS
That last one is very bad because of where we are exactly...but by golly I was laughing.
Overall, we had a great time in San Francisco! Next month dad and I will be going on our Asia trip, and I'm very excited for that (mainly because I'll see my family again, and Tokyo Disney).

Other Socials to Find Me
I haven't entirely abandoned Deviantart. After all, this is where it all started. However, my activity is more constant in my other socials like Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Tik Tok, and especially YouTube. Also, I get less spam on those socials than I do here (there are too many NFT bots and Chris Chan wannabes on this site). Want to make it clear that most of my art doesn't get posted here. I'm doing animatics and animations and hope to return to my webcomic FANGIRLS. If you still remember Skunk Fu and my OC Squirrel, well, I can assure you she's "getting some work done too". What's a better way to call characters that are brought into a modern age of animation? Ah, yes, a reboot. Thanks, ya'll.
Who wants to get something FREE from my shop?
So I'm getting close to 300 orders. I've had my shop for more than a year now. It's technically still New Year, I'm going to do something special. Whoever is the 300th order can request ONE ITEM for me to add for FREE. SHOP: https://ko-fi.com/nameabbycallmej/shop
