Monsters University dream I had...

I've had many MU dreams, from George Sanderson being his adorable JOX frat boy self to Terry and Terri goofing off...but this dream I had last night was a 'fantasy nightmare'.

For any Pixar person who's seen MU would definitely know Roar Omega Roar president Johnny Worthington. Yeah, he's not favorite, yet look how many fangirls this guy has.

I repeatedly say that I am NOT one of his fangirls because the guy is a conceited jerk and his ROR fraternity humiliated Oozma Kappa in middle of the movie.

Yet the dream I had last night was almost like forcing me to reconsider my status...

In my DREAM:


It's night time...at Monsters University!

I'm walking through the crowded streets where the fraternity houses are, much like the scene where Mike and Sulley were chasing Fear Tech's pig.

It appears I'm actually a STUDENT at MU! Not only that...

...I'm a MONSTER as well! Not just any monster!

I'll be honest, when I first came up with Laura, while Toothless from 'How to Train Your Dragon' was the biggest inspiration for her...she actually was how I pictured myself as a monster. Yeah, amazing I experienced myself in such a body for that one given dream...


Anyway, I'm an MU student and more than likely majoring in Scaring in my dream...and a party is going on in the ROR frat house.

Only Scare students that have actual potential are allowed to attend it, and I had bared witness to one poor sap who was tricked into assuming he was on a 'list' and that he could attend another party tomorrow.

Who told him that? Johnny Worthington...

Disgusted by his conceit as well as his mocking judgment, I was about to turn to leave, intending to explore the night life of MU and, hopefully, find Mike, Sulley, and the OK gang.

However, Johnny catches sight of me, and he immediately insists I join the party.

"You're quite the scaring material, sweetheart," he says. "My material.

I'll be honest that THAT creeped me out and slightly sent shivers down my spine...in a bad way, I mean!

Next thing I know, I'm in the ROR house. Music is loud, students are dancing, I'm basically just standing around, wondering where the heck is Mike and his friends.

That's when I notice Worthington eyeing me.

And that's when I remember how his dumb frat humiliated poor Mike and the Oozma Kappa boys in front of the whole school the previous party he had, especially poor Squishy.

Enraged, and realizing that this was the perfect opportunity, I marched over to him.

I told him firmly to leave Oozma Kappa alone. The jerk just kept smiling at me.

"Of course I'll leave them alone, sweetheart," he says.

Before I can say anything else, he grabs my hand, pulls me close to him...

...and he kisses my cheek!

I stood there...completely overwhelmed...Worthington still holding my hand...and he's pulling me closer...

And then I woke the f*** up, thank goodness!


My face was extremely hot, I was sweating under the covers, my 'Terry and Terri' plush doll right next to me...don't get the wrong idea.

Okay...

I have always imagined myself attending MU, and that ONE dream was what I had always been praying for. And I'm even turned into my MU OC!

Yet stupid Johnny had to be in it. I am NOT his fangirl!

According to dream research, such dreams are a case for a person who is in denial and interaction with the reason is mostly a way for the person to admit his or her desire...

This is a 'fantasy nightmare', people. A fantasy turned nightmare because I end up getting kissed by someone I so desperately just want to hate!

I was literally thinking: 'F***! F***! F***! Why did it have to be Johnny?' (no, it's not exactly cursing if you add asterisks to it, that's the joy of censorship right there.)

I mean, come on! I'm always thinking about Mike and the Oozma Kappa gang! Why couldn't my dream have me getting a kiss from the great Mike Wazowski? Better yet, why not SQUISHY? He's my OC Laura Sharp's intended love interest, for humanity's sake!

But nooooo, I end up having my neck nearly nibbled by Johnny I'm-so-DANG-Worthington(I can still feel his teeth grazing across my skin).

Okay, rant aside...it was a pretty interesting dream.

But you know what? I actually DO hope I dream about Johnny again...

...so I can dream my MU self tearing his face off.





Regardless, MU rules. And I'll keep dreaming.
