I'm a FAN, but not a brony. There's actually a difference between the two as how each regards the show.
To every person who is a dedicated brony...I'm REALLY sorry if this offends you on all levels.
Every MLP FIM fan has been discussing their excitement about November 10 for the Season 3 premiere, even every group whose posted a journal about it has many of its members unable to contain their excitement, talking about watching it on the Hub channel, YouTube, with other brony buddies.
Well, to be honest, I'm NOT going to watch it.
I really don't know what to truly think about MLP FIM at this point now that Season 3 is coming near...I mean, it's a great show and I'm glad to have discovered it last year.
But then I have mixed feelings about it, especially after Season 2 finished. Maybe it's because Season 1 was great and there is a major difference between both seasons...I really don't know.
But I do know is that this comic not only pays 'tribute' to the upcoming season premiere, but basically just LETTING OUT my feelings in regards to other degrading of another premiere:
Littlest Pet Shop.
You have NO idea how many people on YouTube are COMPLAINING about how badly the show will turn out, mainly because they're comparing designs from the original.
Let me tell you this: I did NOT like the original when I was younger, and I still don't.
Honestly, I think Littlest Pet Shop looks like a great show...and I'm going to watch THAT instead of Season 3 MLP.
Everyone keeps insisting that most of the characters on Littlest Pet Shop take after MLP FIM characters just because they both have the same animators and writers.
Well, not to me. The LPS characters appear completely original. And I really like their music, especially their theme song. It's so uplifting...and I don't skip over it like I usually do when I watch MLP episodes on YouTube nowadays.
This comic doesn't only go to Littlest Pet Shop, but to ALL Hub shows.
People on YouTube call The Hub as the PONY NETWORK.
I call it the NEW NOSTALGIA channel, because it re-lives old memories of the original shows in which inspired the new ones.
And I have to confess something else: I didn't order the Hub channel for MLP...I ordered it for the other shows that I REALLY like, such as Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Bitty Adventures and even Pound Puppies, that show to me is the BEST show on the Hub.
And I can FEEL the disagreement going on in the atmosphere...
I have to let my feelings in regards to MAJOR MLP fans who ALWAYS compare THEIR show to others on the Hub, or even outside it!
I mean, some videos of other Hub shows I watch like clips from Care Bears: Welcome to Care-A-Lot are unable to escape the harsh comments of dedicated MLP FIM fans on YouTube:
No show is worth watching before MLP...
No show is worth watching after MLP...
Needs more pony...
Where are the ponies?
Screw their rainbows! We got a pegasus who can perform a Sonic Rainboom!
Is this suppose to be the new MLP?
It's stressing to look at, it's nearly infuriating, and the fact that fans throw THESE at LPS is no wonder I always felt uncomfortable when my friends refer to me a 'brony'.
Again, I am NOT a brony. I'm just a FAN. Big difference. Honestly, I do like the show, but I'm not into buying its products, wearing their material, search the latest news about anything MLP related on the internet, or even listening to their music on YouTube (unless I'm in desperate need of something while I'm jogging at full max and need sound to distract me).
But I do enjoy drawing the characters and I am amazed by the wonderful art I see on this site. We have incredible artists on Deviantart.
I'm not a brony...but I think I am a Petter.
A fan to Littlest Pet Shop, the name suddenly bestowed on me when a nice person asked me if I could join the first-ever LPS group
It's a nice a group, and you guys, even if you're only bronies, should consider checking it out.
I will admit, I was nervous when I started working on this picture, and I wanted to include Ogo from Robot and Monster, something I wanted to submit to the group and show how much Ogo is loved. He has his own group as well .
For those who are Ogo fangirls, I know he must seem completely out of character in this comic (of course, some of you stated how I make ANY cartoon character out of character ), as this is the first time I've drawn him.
But I have that sense that other than being a clingy, obsessed, slightly awkward Mechanical, I always thought of Ogo as some sort of voice of reason.
His voicing in this comic are mostly MY voice.
He's a sweet guy who's very soft, but I can see that he always possesses a serious side, one that is often used in dire or complicated situations.
And why I chose Rainbow Dash of all ponies to be the one pony he should interact and speak to about the whole 'ponies rule the world' idea...well, I always thought Rainbow Dash was SO full of herself (no surprise there) and how she often brags about herself, so, of course, she would brag about her own show and its incredible popularity.
And other than looking forward to LPS on November 10...I'm REALLY looking forward to Sofia the First on Disney Junior this November 18th.
Disney Junior is like a resurrection of the somewhat old Disney Channel from the year 2000, along with Playhouse Disney. And the fact that it's on, and filled with these AMAZING Disney shows I watch day and night...well, Sofia the First is another thing to add to the list.
Another Disney princess, guys. I'm so happy about that.
In conclusion about ALL this...it's just my opinion on the whole 'no show is better than MLP' belief many bronies harbor, especially toward shows on the Hub. I think every show is special, and we have our favorites, and we can be fans or BIG fans. Right now, I just admit I am somewhat a fan of MLP FIM, but I'm not watching Season 3, but I'll probably watch it, maybe after it's over and the fans can await another good season.
I'd like to thank for encouraging me to make this piece, as she had become a fan recently after I discussed with her about the show. She even spoke to me about how it's alright to hold some, perhaps, dislike for MLP but still like it all the same and such.
Thank you, .
So here's to Bronies, Petters, and even fans of Robot and Monster...or Mech-fanicals and Or-fanics as my idea of a cute name for those who love RnM.
November is a great month for all of us in different things, and I hope we all enjoy it the same way.

Brony's think mlp is a flawless masterpiece of animation that deserves recognition.
However It has it's flaws in character and in plot. Yes Its a great show that is great to watch with friends and family, but here's the fact....ITS A CARTOON. A piece of animation created for the sole purpose to make money off of merchandise and to entertain people of all ages! that's all it is and all it ever will be...
Being a fan and having passion for something that helps you escape the reality of one's miserable life is understandable. But brony's are something else. They treat the show like its some religion and like Christians of a church which's name i will not speak of, they shove it down everybody's throats. Granted its okay for them to just kindly encourage or suggest the show to people but they go to random blogs and videos and spread MLP where it is not needed! This then starts a flame war between haters and bronys and because of them anyone who likes the show for what it is is hateded for it.
This isn't some civil rights battle this is petty conflict over a CARTOON!!
I love MLP but I'd rather watch a documentary about WW2 (which I actually hold in high reguard thank you..) than MLP, and frankly most of the time i can't sit through it for some reason. But that doesn't really matter dose it?
I just think All this phenomenon over MLP Is ridiculous. Its a cartoon and it shouldn't be a big deal weather or not you like it or not. It's not a religion people!!
If I were rainbow dash, I'd beat the shit out of ogo.
(Please excuse my language)
Dash, don't feel bad
Ogo is just an idiot with the personality of sand paper
You at least have dimensionality
Your character at least had effort put into it
I like MLP but I also like the message you are saying.
I haven't really seen LPS that much, but I'm looking forward to watching it.
I mean, it sounds like a great show.
I'm more a Robot and Monster, Transformers Prime, Cop Shows and Emergency Services Shows, Criminal Minds and NCIS type....... Though the only shows I watch ritually is Criminal Minds and NCIS and soon HANNIBAL. (mainly because it is on series record. )
Though I can fully understand your point about people seeing their favourite programme as the most important thing. (though I haven't encountered any bronies like this. ) This goes for all shows, I think everyone is entitled to their own opinions on shows. One may be far more important to watch for them.
I watch Robot and Monster to relax from a day at school. It makes me laugh. Hub I don't have but luckily I can access it on the interweb. (Oh god...Top Gear is influencing me too much )
Though I seriously think people are taking this too seriously. Everyone has their own points or whatever. Don't get so angry at the artist, it is HER opinion. Though this is why I never post anything about a fanbase. I don't want my comments full of people arguing with each other on my comments that you have unfortunately have. I do though understand why people like MLP, I don't hate nor do I watch it. Possibly if I watched it more. I'd like it.
Depite the mass popularity of this show, I'm thinking that the show is getting a little...TOO much attention.
Now now, let's not raise pitchforks at me, there's a reason why.
I too loved Littlest Pet Shop as much as the other guy, not as much as Cart does, but I watched it when there's nothing else to do.
Another show I liked that Cart didn't pointed out is Dan Vs.
Sweet jumping cocoa beans from the haven of the golden gate, is this show amazing. I could go on about this show, but I'll save it for a review alongside the other Hub shows.
So, to sum it all up, Cart. I appreciate your words of speech, kudos.
Also, no sorry, I don't watch Robot and Monster...
But your entitled to your oppinion.
And actually sets a Plot for every Season there is.
I'm more than Just a Brony.
I'm a fan of alot of things:
Megaman(X), Sonic, Zelda, Mario, Starfox, Contra, Gunstar Heroes, Pokemon, Kirby, Call of Duty, Halo, Battlefield, DOOM, Metriod, etc...
If I went to any School, I would give them a little taste a "Justice" right in the very Soul of thier entire Beings.
1. Doctor Who
2. Adventure time
3. Jimmy Two-Shoes
4. My Babysitter's a vampire
5. Ben 10
6. Ben 10 Alien Force
7. Ben 10 Ultimate Alien
8. Ben 10 Omniverse
(If you can't tell, I love ben 10)
9. Mystery Science Theater 3000
10. ANY Power Rangers Series.
I only usually watch the episodes of mlp online, not having the hub on my cable, but I only watch them once, then it's back to fimfiction til I feel like watching the next one. I'm not even gonna watch the last 2 episodes of season 3. EVER. Most likely.
I watch TV shows for enjoyment.
You can call me by allot of things, mainly: Sonic Fanboy
But I do Appreciate the creeper face in your signature.
hey guys, look! A butthurt 7 year old!
I just don't like petters and bronies fighting. (also ANYBODY who fights with someone who regularly comments on my art) let's just make peace
If there's one thing the hedgehog AND the purple unicorn has taught me, it's how to give lectures. see? I combined what I learnt from them both.
Great comic, by the way! Keep it up!
