Happy one-year anniversary, by friend. 
See, December 7 marks the day
, aka Marina, and I first met, which was at CA Adventures, the day after my birthday. Austin and I were waiting right next to Toy Story Mania, in the rain, and I was anticipating finally meeting someone outside DA. And the moment I felt that touch on my shoulder, it was the start of a beautiful friendship. 
Marina was the biggest reason I wanted an annual pass so badly! And I'm really happy I received it on Black Friday as an early birthday gift from my daddy. Now I can go to either Disneyland or CA Adventures any day I want, and with her.
She LOVES the movie Cars, even Cars 2. And she ADORES Guido. I remember one time when we went to Ramone's store in Cars Land and she found rough sketches of the little forklift. They cost forty bucks and she wouldn't take it. I mean, who wants to buy something worth that much money? With other artists, they charge like only ten to fifteen dollars!
Well, as an anniversary gift, I decided to make her this. It's been a while since I've made anything Cars related, and somehow making Marina's gift motivated me to keep making Pixar characters. I made this yesterday, right after finishing this MordeTwi prize cartuneslover16.deviantart.com… and I'm very proud of it.
And more waiters and waitresses in Flo's V8 would stop and stare and even compliment when I did this. This one little girl came over and asked why I was making it and I told her the story about how Marina and I first met. Before she left with her mom, she told me good luck and good work. This is what I love about being an artist.
